Thoughtful living
The apartments in Locarno have recently been completely and extensively renovated. An absolute eye-catcher is, for example, our Superior 1-room apartment N° 9 with the generously designed ceiling vaulting. Depending on their size, our holiday apartments are designed for 1 to 4 people. The holiday apartments all have a living, dining and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the sleeping areas, the beds can also be converted into single beds. There is room to rest in the living areas. You can sit on two comfortable armchairs or on a comfortable sofa bed. The apartments’ kitchens are fully equipped. So you can prepare fresh and delicious food from the ingredients, which you can acquire in the old town of Locarno. As usual today, all our apartments are equipped with cable TV and radio. And a free Wi-Fi connection is available to our guests in the holiday apartments in Locarno.
Equipped for longer stays as well
For guests who want to stay longer, there is an equipped laundry room on the ground floor of the house. The devices installed there (washing machine and dryer) can be used by the guests of the apartments. And if you bring your bikes with you for a tour around the Lake Maggiore, which is 200 square kilometres big, you can park them safely next to the laundry room.
Approach by car or by train
The journey to our 3-star apartments in the centre of Locarno can be done either by car or by train. Paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the apartments. The train station of Locarno can be easily reached in just ten minutes on foot. The holiday apartments are also available all year round.
